Intellectual Property Ownership

Custom-developed deliverables remain the property of SSquare Solutions until full payment. After full payment, ownership transfers to the client except for proprietary platforms, COSMOS modules, and third-party licenses, which remain licensed.

Trademark & Brand Protection

The SSquare Solutions name, logo, “Boost Your Business with an S” tagline, and Nomu Al Wusta brand are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
